Booking/Cancellation Policy

Our Booking Policy
Statera is located at 169 Glen Cove Rd. Carle Place, NY. We are located in the Clock Tower shopping center alongside the Pets Warehouse and West End Cafe. Free parking is available within the shopping center parking lot. In order to provide secure entry into the spa, our front desk spa associate must buzz you into the front door entrance.
Payment Methods:
Cashless Checkout for all services & products.
•Cashless payments can be made using credit/debit cards, gift cards, Cherry online payment system, and smartphones (ex. Apple Pay).
Gratuity:
If our staff exceeds your expectations and creates an elevated wellness experience, gratuities are greatly appreciated. Industry standard practice for excellent service ranges from 18-22% gratuity. Envelopes can be found at the front desk or you may hand it directly to your service provider. We accept gratuity payments in the form of cash, or credit card at the time of checkout.
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Each client’s appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that our clients receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us.
Statera allows you to seamlessly book, adjust, or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments require a valid credit card to complete the booking process and reserve your appointment. All last minute cancellations (within the 24 hour appointment window) and no shows will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
Late Policy:
To respect the time of clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand that you may have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s). Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment, need to reschedule, and may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Return Policy:
All sales of products are returnable in “New; Unused” condition in original packaging within 14-days of purchase. A receipt is required for proof of purchase. If purchased with a gift card or credit card, the refund will be returned to that form of payment.
Agreement:
By booking an appointment with our spa, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation/late policy, and return policy listed above and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
Covid Safety Protocols:
In order to ensure the safety of our clients, Statera has implemented the following COVID safety protocols:
- All Clients Must Complete a COVID Wellness Questionnaire & Intake forms Prior to Arrival
- Additional 15 minutes service time has been allocated for each service to allow for full sanitation of the treatment areas
- Increased Sanitation Procedures
- Increased PPE
- Cashless Check Out
